Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. This role involves handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing any concerns to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction & Service:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Handle reservations and manage table allocations efficiently.
  • Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Keep track of guests and special occasions to enhance their experience.
  • Collect guest feedback and report concerns to the management for improvement.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and feedback reports.
  • Assist in promotional activities and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable and always organized.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
