Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest loyalty and retention.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote hotel services and packages to guests.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and protocols.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology is an advantage.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
