Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex issues efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential.
