Guest Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain guest history and preferences to enhance personalized service.
• Assist VIP guests, handle special arrangements, and manage guest amenities.
• Ensure lobby and reception area are well-maintained and presentable.
• Promote resort facilities, events, and special offers to guests.
• Handle guest correspondence, calls, and emails efficiently.
• Prepare daily reports on guest feedback and special cases.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
