IMMEDIATE JOINING REQUIRE !!!!!!!!!!!(AMER FORT,JAIPUR) Job Description: Guest Relations Executive – Drone Videography & SalesKey Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide information about drone videography packages, and create an inviting atmosphere at the event site.​ Explain service offerings (e.g., ₹500 and ₹1200 videography/photo packages), address guest inquiries, and assist them in selecting appropriate packages to suit their needs.​ Manage guest registrations, coordinate scheduling for drone shoots, and monitor waiting queues, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.​ Liaise between guests, the drone operations team, and management to communicate guest preferences, special requests, or service issues promptly.​ Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate serious matters to supervisors as needed.​ Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate sales and guest service records. Upsell premium packages, encourage social media sharing of guest experiences, and collect guest feedback for continuous improvement.​ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and privacy guidelines for drone operations at all times.​ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).​ Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, tourism, or sales roles is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Hindi preferred.​ Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and a customer-first attitude.​ Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle dynamic, high-traffic environments. Sales orientation with enthusiasm for drone technology and tourism experiences.
