Job Title: Guest Relations Executive ( GRE )

Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive is the frontline ambassador of the restaurant, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences by warmly welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues. This role focuses on building strong relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and positive word-of-mouth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to ensure efficient service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and restaurant staff to communicate special requests or concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, promotions, and events to inform and assist guests.
  • Collect guest feedback through direct interaction or feedback forms to help improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure guests expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Support the restaurant’s efforts to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist in organizing special events or VIP services as needed.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and preferences to personalize future visits.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
