Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues through effective communication skills. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, ensuring excellent customer service standards. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, sales conversion, and other performance metrics. Day shift only - 9 am to 6 pm Immediate joiners preferred
