Hiring For Senior Project Manager - Electrical - Mumbai/Pune

We are hiring for Sr Project manager - Electrical for our client, a leading real estate construction company. Details of the same are mentioned below: Job location: Mumbai / Pune Working days: 6 days working Alternate week offs Client site visits are mandatory Team handling is preferred Job role: * Overseeing the complete electrical work for various projects, including corporate offices, data centers, industrial and commercial complexes, ensuring adherence to plans and drawings, maintaining quality, and meeting deadlines. * Supervising all electrical activities, including planning and tendering processes. * Assigning electrical work to contractors, monitoring their progress, and coordinating shutdowns with relevant authorities. * Managing site documentation, manpower allocation, material handling, and work permit coordination. * Liaising with consultants, clients, building management, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution. * Conducting electrical tests such as Megger, earth resistance, and socket tests according to schedule. * Preparing measurement sheets, tax invoices, and necessary testing reports. Main Responsibilities: * Conducting site surveys. * Reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed specifications. * Preparing electrical soft drawings and plans. * Managing material storage and coordinating with clients and architects. * Tracking daily work progress against the BOQ requirements. * Maintaining records of material inwards and outwards. * Ensuring adherence to safety measures on site. * Coordinating with labor contractors. * Verifying material quality against client specifications. * Addressing daily drawing and plan queries with clients or architects. * Documenting extra work and attaching reports to invoices. * Implementing material safety protocols. * Verifying cable sizes and locations for overhead and underground installations. * Processing material requisitions. * Obtaining work approvals. * Managing labor on site.
