Guest Communication & Coordination Respond to guest inquiries on Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, phone, and email Share property details, resolve doubts, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Provide pre-arrival guidance, in-stay assistance, and post-checkout follow-up Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with sensitivity and speed. Reservation & Booking Management Update availability calendars across all platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct) Ensure pricing and minimum stay settings are accurate Block dates based on owner usage, maintenance, or events Maintain booking records and coordinate with Finance for guest payment tracking 🏡 Villa Team Coordination Share check-in/check-out details with caretakers and villa supervisors Confirm that amenities, cleaning, and special setups are ready before guest arrival Track guest preferences and communicate them to the team for a personalized touch. Experience Delivery & Feedback Upsell curated experiences (chef service, local tours, decorations) Collect guest feedback and reviews, encourage 5-star ratings Maintain a guest CRM with past stay data, preferences, and special notes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business / Communications preferred 1–3 years experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel concierge role Excellent communication in English and at least one regional language (Kannada preferred). Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets Problem-solving mindset, calm under pressure, warm and professional.
