The role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, providing information, and ensuring an excellent overall experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly. Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. Provide information about services, facilities, local attractions, and directions. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office) to meet guest needs. Maintain guest records, feedback, and ensure a personalized service experience. Promote hotel/organization services, packages, or special offers. Handle reservations, bookings, and assist with travel or transport arrangements if required. Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
