Job Summary: We are looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to join our team. The role involves welcoming guests, addressing their needs, providing information, and ensuring an excellent overall experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guest queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly. Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. Provide information about services, facilities, local attractions, and directions. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office) to meet guest needs. Maintain guest records, feedback, and ensure a personalized service experience. Promote hotel/organization services, packages, or special offers. Handle reservations, bookings, and assist with travel or transport arrangements if required. Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
