Hiring: GRE (Guest Relation Executive)

Location: Kanakapura, Bangalore

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree may also apply)

Job Summary:
The Guest Relation Executive will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out, and exceptional service throughout their stay/visit. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Ensure lobby/reception area is presentable and well-maintained.
• Promote hotel/organization services and upsell when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (if applicable).
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
