PR Manager / Content Creator – Microbrewery Lounge Location: Huckleberry Brewing Co., Rock Garden Company: Vaidheeki Group/ Laxmi Homes Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and creative PR Manager / Content Creator who will be the face of Huckleberry Brewing Co. at our Microbrewery Lounge in Rock Garden. The role is focused on interacting with guests, promoting our freshly brewed beers, offering tastings, increasing beer sales through upselling, and creating engaging social media content that builds our lounge’s vibe and brand recall. Key Responsibilities Guest Engagement & Sales Interact with every guest visiting the lounge and introduce Huckleberry beers Offer beer samples & tasting sessions to first-time customers Explain beer styles, flavours & brewing stories in a fun, simple way Upsell premium beers, pitchers & beer flights Build customer loyalty & encourage repeat visits Brand Promotion & PR Represent the brand at events, weekends, theme nights & special launches Build relationships with influencers, bloggers & media Maintain the premium image of Huckleberry Brewing Co. Content Creation & Marketing Create daily Instagram Reels, Stories & Posts from the lounge Shoot & edit videos of beer pouring, customer reactions, events & behind-the-scenes brewing Write engaging captions & manage basic posting schedule Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns & offers Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in PR / Mass Communication / Hospitality / Marketing preferred 1–4 years experience in Hospitality / Lounge / Cafe / PR / Influencer marketing Strong communication skills – confident in talking to guests Comfortable in front of camera & shooting reels Basic mobile photography & video editing skills (InShot / CapCut / Canva etc.) Energetic personality with love for food & beverage culture Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary + Sales Incentives Free Beer Tastings & Staff Benefits High social media exposure & career growth in craft beer industry Working Days 6 Days a week Peak hours: Evenings & Weekends How to Apply 📩 Send CV- contact@vaidheeki.com
