Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive based in Udaipur. He is responsible for delivering a positive first impression by professionally managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and supporting daily administrative tasks while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Manage front desk operations including check-ins, visitor logs, and inquiries

Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest requests efficiently

Coordinate appointments, schedules, and internal communications

Provide accurate information and resolve guest concerns promptly

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences

Requirements :

Qualificated Graduate from Recognized University

1+ Year of Experiencein Hospitaliy Industry

Location : Nathdwara

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
