Job Description

  • Key Connects in PMCs, Consultants, & Architects to generate leads is a must
  • Conducting sales presentations for End Customers consultations that maximise sales closure.
  • Should have in depth knowledge of Access Control & CCTV
  • Develop business plans and meet overall financial objectives
  • Identify new potential customers within the allocated geographical area and implement business development activities
  • Meet monthly, quarterly & annual financial booking and gross margin targets
  • Meet quota for advanced payment collections to support working capital goals
  • Provide accurate planning and forecasting of sales performance
  • Provide market feedback on product information, competitive product data, market pricing, etc to management
  • Maintain active relationship with End User/ Consultants/ Turnkey contractors
  • Establishing key contacts within the customer organisation
  • Strengthen Solus relationship and position with new accounts and improve the client relationship by
  • actively calling/meeting Consultants, End User, Contractors etc
  • Networking with Industry Organisations and relevant Communities
  • Working to solve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, using appropriate internal Resources
  • Assist with payment collections where requested in case of delayed project payments.
  • Effective Management of the Sales Cycle
  • Coordinating estimation activities, ensuring costs are competitive
  • Ensure successful handover of job to project team

Account Management:

  • Develop detailed account plans for all assigned accounts
  • Consult with the customer to influence buying behaviour
  • Demonstrate new services and technologies that have linkage to customer business outcomes
  • Analyse projects to develop strategy for technical and specification superiority to successfully win competitive bid projects

Maintain & Monitor:

  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction with the company and products
  • Maintain awareness of the market (clients, competitors, suppliers) and use any relevant information to increase conversion rate
  • Maintain all required records of sales activities and use of company CRM appropriately
  • Maintain awareness of development in sales process and product development
  • Routinely meet customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues appropriately
  • Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from the management
  • Adherence to the Quality Management System procedures and its performance

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10-14 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated achieving sales targets consistently
  • Significant experience in a Sales & Account Management
  • Excellent communication & Presentation skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organisation
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
