Guest Relation Executive

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to ensure a warm welcome and high-quality service experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the organization, managing guest interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments (if in a hotel setting).
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about services, facilities, events, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, etc.) to meet guest needs.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Record guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Manage VIP and special guest experiences, ensuring personalized service.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk or reception area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a guest-facing or customer service role (hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and diplomacy.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
