Operations Manager

Villa Readiness & Housekeeping Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure cleanliness, amenities, linen, and setup meet Moi Escapes standards Coordinate deep cleaning, pest control, and regular upkeep Ensure caretaker and housekeeping teams follow SOPs for room setup, guest prep, and turnover 📦 Inventory & Procurement Maintain stock of guest amenities, pantry kits, cleaning supplies, and villa essentials Coordinate with the procurement manager to replenish items timely Track usage and prevent misuse or shortages 🔧 Maintenance & Repairs Inspect villas regularly for maintenance issues – plumbing, electrical, A/C, appliances, etc. Coordinate with local technicians or empanelled vendors for timely repairs Maintain logbook of complaints and resolutions 🙋 Caretaker & Staff Supervision Oversee villa caretakers, ensure they are trained, groomed, and punctual Create staff rosters and leave schedules Address staff discipline or performance issues professionally 🛎️ Guest Experience On-GroundEnsure welcome setups are done as per guest profile (decor, refreshments, towels, etc.) Be available for check-ins or events Handle guest complaints or emergencies on ground and escalate if needed 📋 Reporting & Compliance Submit daily villa status updates to the Manager Keep checklist records for cleaning, inventory, and maintenance logs Ensure SOP compliance and property safety standards Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel/villa/resort operations Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and digital checklists
