Qualifications Experience in administrative tasks such as staff scheduling and facility management Proficiency in organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and reporting Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and processes Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills Proficiency with software tools for data management and workflow optimization Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field Previous experience in healthcare or diagnostic laboratory administration is a plus
