Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Mysore, for an Administrator at Novus Health Labs. The Administrator will manage daily operations, coordinate with departments to ensure efficient workflow, and handle administrative tasks. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, overseeing facility management, and streamlining processes. The Administrator will also play a key role in supporting communication between teams and ensuring smooth execution of operational goals.

• Experience in administrative tasks such as staff scheduling and facility management
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and reporting
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and processes
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with software tools for data management and workflow optimization
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
• Previous experience in healthcare or diagnostic laboratory administration is a plus
