If you’re organized, can work in a fast-paced environment, and have great communication, we want you on our team! There are 5 important things to note: The salary is ₹20,000/- per month (in hand) . This is a full-time , remote position. Working hours are flexible (as long as you finish your work and inform us well in advance, you're free to do as you please with the remainder of your day). Some experience as an assistant or similar role is great, but not required. Attention to detail. The ability to think and work independently. We won't badger you constantly, but we expect you to take full responsibility for your tasks and trust you to see it through. However, if you have a few of these qualities and are eager to learn the rest, feel free to give it a shot. Also, please don't be one of those people who get on the interview with zero knowledge about what we do. It's unprofessional. Do your research. Why this job may not be right for you: This is a fast-paced work environment, so if you don't have what it takes to roll up your sleeves and do what's needed, maybe this isn't the right fit for you. We have a super-friendly culture, but we take our work very seriously. We're looking for someone who is proactive with their work, responsive, and understands the importance of active communication. Since you'll be dealing with international clients, it is very important that you promptly reply and communicate with them during your working hours. We work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) , but if workloads are high, we might work on a Saturday too. If you're not comfortable with the working days, please refrain from applying. You might receive critical feedback on your work and revisions to your work. If you're someone who does not take feedback well, this job may not be for you. Please don't contact me directly.
