Hey guys! We're a small team with an international client base. We're looking for a General Assistant to help us manage task execution and inventory-related comms. If you’re organized, can work in a fast-paced environment, and have great communication, we want you on our team! There are 5 important things to note: The salary is ₹20,000/- per month (in hand) . This is a full-time , remote position. Working hours are flexible (as long as you finish your work and inform us well in advance, you're free to do as you please with the remainder of your day). Freshers are welcome to apply. You will be working with a US-based client, so your English must be impeccable (non-negotiable). What you’ll be doing: Keeping track of clients' product inventory and communicating with the factory. Working on platforms like Amazon & WayFair to upload, update, and/or optimize content (even if you've never used these platforms, it's alright. We will teach you). Understanding the client's systems, processes, and requirements to deliver quality work within the set deadline. Communicating directly with the client and understanding the to-dos. Seeing a task through from start to finish, under the supervision of a manager in the team. Working closely with the rest of the team to keep operations running smoothly. Troubleshooting issues (mostly on Amazon and WayFair), under expert guidance. Conducting research work as necessary (especially if you're working with a new platform). You must have: Impeccable command of the English language – this is a non-negotiable skill . You must be able to type and speak in English fluently. Some experience as an assistant or similar role is great, but not required. Attention to detail. The ability to think and work independently. We won't badger you constantly, but we expect you to take full responsibility for your tasks and trust you to see it through. However, if you have a few of these qualities and are eager to learn the rest, feel free to give it a shot. Also, please don't be one of those people who get on the interview with zero knowledge about what we do. It's unprofessional. Do your research. We're a performance marketing agency that's launching a new retail brand of our own. It's going to be a completely separate business from what we're currently doing. If you've ever wondered how a business is set up from scratch, this is your chance to not only learn how it's done, but actually contribute to building the foundations of a bootstrapped retail brand. Some of the pieces are already there, but you'll be helping us take things to the next level. What you should expect: A lot of independence.
