About This Opportunity

We're expanding our outbound sales efforts across multiple companies over the next 3-4 months, and we're looking for an experienced cold-caller to focus on cold calling and lead generation.

Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized India-based companies to book qualified meetings. This role starts part-time, but there's real opportunity here. If you perform well, you can transition to full-time with the potential to move into a management role as we scale our operations.

What You'll Do

• Make cold calls to decision-makers at small and mid-sized e-commerce companies in India.
• Book meetings with prospects, coordinating schedules with our founder during the call.
• Keep detailed CRM records (HubSpot) of all calls, outcomes, and follow-ups.
• Follow provided scripts while adding your own professional touch.
• Share your input on improving our scripts and approach.
• Join occasional team check-ins and training sessions.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Proven ability to book meetings and handle objections effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools (we use HubSpot) and maintaining accurate call logs.
• Knowledge of communication etiquette.
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence.

Preferred

Experience calling for marketing agencies
