If you're the kind of individual who wants to gain a lot of exposure very quickly, this might be for you.

We're a performance marketing agency that's launching a new retail brand of our own. It's going to be a completely separate business from what we're currently doing.

If you've ever wondered how a business is set up from scratch, this is your chance to not only learn how it's done, but actually contribute to building the foundations of a bootstrapped retail brand. Some of the pieces are already there, but you'll be helping us take things to the next level.

What you should expect:

• A lot of independence.
• A place to ideate, be creative, and see your ideas come to fruition.
• Every day is going to be different. We need you to help out in a lot of different roles.

Some insight into the kind of work you might be involved in:

• Contributing to building the website
• Contributing to setting up logistics
• Contributing to customer relations/support/communications.
• Contributing to influencer marketing efforts.
• Contributing to advertising.

This is not going to work if your availability is going to be limited.
