About The Internship

This is not a rigid, textbook UX role. It’s a hybrid UI/UX + Web Design position where you’ll translate ideas into clean layouts, craft strong visual hierarchy, and bring brand stories to life through modern, conversion-focused interfaces. You’ll work on a variety of projects — from ecommerce storefronts and lead-gen landing pages to brand sites, pitch decks, and funnel assets.

We’re a fast-moving performance marketing agency that builds high-performing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences for brands across multiple industries. Our environment is fast, iterative, and highly collaborative — we move quickly from concept to execution, and we expect designers to be both creative and practical.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems visually, can work independently without being spoon-fed instructions, and can adapt their design style depending on the project, brand, or audience.

What You’ll Work On

• Websites & landing pages (Figma)
• Brand identity extensions (brand styles applied to web)
• Ad creatives, hero sections, funnels
• Mobile responsive layouts
• Creative wireframes for new client ideas
• Working closely with content writers, developers, and strategists

What We’re Looking For

• Strong visual design sense (layout, spacing, typography)
• Ability to take rough ideas and turn them into clean UI
• Fast, adaptable, and comfortable designing without hand-holding
• Understanding of responsive web design
• Ability to work under deadlines, switch projects without stress
• Good communication and willingness to iterate

• Curious about new UI patterns, systems, and trends
• Values clarity, usability, and clean structure
• Knows when to spend time polishing and when to move fast

Nice to Have

• Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other relevant design tools.
• Basic Framer / Webflow knowledge
