Human Capitalists is a mentoring, training, placement, & recruitment platform, combining Alumni x AI for affordable and credible career guidance.

Role Description

This role blends graphic design, UI/UX, and basic video editing to support our marketing and product needs. The intern must be based in Pune and will work on brand-aligned creatives for social media, digital platforms, and user-generated content. Please apply if you've worked in a startup environment before. Need someone with a high sense of ownership and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design graphics for social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
Work on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create visual assets.
Support UI/UX design work using Figma
Assist with user-generated content (shooting and editing short videos).
Edit short-format videos for marketing use.
Improve designs based on feedback and maintain brand consistency.
Stay updated with design trends and contribute new ideas to campaigns.

Required Skills

Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Crazy good communication, High sense of ownership

Qualifications

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Design or a related field
Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating visually engaging Graphics
Knowledge of design principles, visual storytelling, and user-centric design processes
