We’re looking for a Partnerships Associate who’s resourceful, articulate, and has a natural knack for identifying collaboration opportunities. You’ll be responsible for setting up partnerships across the entire value chain: from college clubs to college authorities, recruiting agencies, and hiring companies. What you’ll do: • Help create a consistent pipeline of institutional and organizational partners • Identify and reach out to potential partners across multiple stakeholder groups • Build and manage relationships that expand our brand’s reach and value proposition • Work closely with our leadership team to design partnership structures and collaboration models You’d be a great fit if you: • You like working in the startup environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves and hustle. • Have at least 6 months of professional work experience, preferably in business development, partnerships, or community growth • Are proactive and creative in finding ways to open doors and build trust • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Enjoy working independently and thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment • Have prior experience or strong interest in the recruitment space, and understand how hiring ecosystems work Care about building meaningful partnerships that create win-win outcomes If you’re someone who gets energy from connecting the dots and turning ideas into action, we’d love to hear from you.
