Job Description

Perform quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for residential and commercial projects. Prepare 2D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD. Create 3D visualizations/models using software such as SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion. Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and clients to update and modify drawings as per project needs. Assist in rate analysis and project budgeting. Conduct site measurements and verify execution vs. drawings. Maintain project documentation and records of quantities and costs. 🖥️ Skills & Software KnowledgeAutoCAD – Mandatory SketchUp / Revit / Lumion / 3ds Max / Blender – Any one or more for 3D modeling and visualization MS Excel – Advanced level for BOQ and estimation Quantity Surveying and Rate Analysis Basic knowledge of structural and architectural drawing standards 🎓 Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering 1–5 years of experience in a similar role ✅ Preferred Qualities Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Good communication and coordination skills 📩 To Apply Send your resume and portfolio of past 2D/3D work on whatsap
