We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in engineering principles, site execution, and project coordination, with a proven ability to manage timelines and ensure quality standards. Qualifications B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 2 - 4 years of experience in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure). Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure timely execution. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and procurement planning. Use AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software for planning and documentation. Skills & Competencies Thorough knowledge of civil construction methodologies and materials. Strong understanding of structural design and site layout. Familiarity with government regulations and building codes. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience Exposure to RCC, steel structures, and finishing works. Experience with project documentation and client interactions. Knowledge of surveying tools and techniques.
