Job Description

generating leads, advising clients on buying or selling property, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, and closing sales to meet targets

Lead generation:
Find and qualify new potential clients through various channels and networking.
Client relationship management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and network for repeat business.
Property sales:
Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
Market analysis and advice:
Provide clients with expert advice on market trends, property values, and competitive pricing strategies.
Negotiation and closing:
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to finalize sales transactions.
Property management:
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and manage listings.

Additional duties

Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing teams to develop sales strategies and with other departments to ensure smooth transactions.
Administrative tasks:
Maintain a database of potential clients, input information into a CRM system, and prepare marketing materials.
Market knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on real estate laws, regulations, market trends, and competitor activities.
