Key Responsibilities
Manage full mining operations at the Shankargarh, Prayagraj site
Supervise drilling, blasting, excavation, loading & transportation
Maintain DGMS & statutory compliance
Ensure safety standards and conduct daily toolbox meetings
Manage manpower, shift planning & contractor coordination
Track production, maintain reports & ensure target achievement
The preferred candidate for a mining and stone crushing operations manager position should possesses a blend of strong technical knowledge, extensive operational experience, and exceptional leadership skills. They must demonstrate a proven ability to manage safety, optimize production, and handle personnel and finances within a demanding industrial environment.
