Key Responsibilities:

Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure efficient workforce management.
Control costs while maintaining quality service.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and brand standards.

Requirements:

Prior experience working in luxury or boutique hotels in Goa.
Strong background in
