What You’ll Do Own and operate end-to-end paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Conduct audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns to travelers, urban explorers, digital nomads, and more Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Perplexity to generate copy, ideas, prompts, and creative variants to scale campaigns Continuously test creative formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and messaging for maximum impact Analyze performance data, track KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC, CTR), and report findings weeklyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, product, design, partnerships) to align messaging and marketing goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹40,802.69 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Okhla, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: ptimizing paid media campaigns: 4 years (Preferred) Digital marketing: 6 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Okhla, Delhi, Delhi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
