Growth & Partnerships Manager (Creators, B2B, Health & Community)

Our four divisions — Network, E-commerce, Creators, and Health (Heal Match) — empower users to discover, connect, and grow. From fashion creators to telehealth professionals, Ivy & Prime is redefining how people collaborate and build value across borders.

We’re seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive ecosystem expansion across creators, B2B partners, and the health vertical (Heal Match). Based in our Civil Lines HQ (Delhi), this role combines partnership development, community growth, and campaign strategy into one dynamic function.


Role Overview

As the Growth & Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead Ivy & Prime’s multi-sector growth — onboarding creators, service providers, doctors, pharmacies, and wellness partners. You’ll manage cross-vertical collaborations, run creator and health campaigns, and build engagement loops that drive both revenue and retention.


Key Responsibilities


1. Partner & Creator Onboarding

• Identify, approach, and onboard verified professionals and creators (doctors, sellers, consultants, service providers, agencies).

• Create tiered onboarding programs — “Verified,” “Elite,” “Everyday Noble” tiers.

• Develop partnership decks, outreach templates, and incentive structures.


2. Telehealth Onboarding

• Identify, verify, and onboard doctors, clinics, and pharmacies into the Heal Match telehealth and pharmacy network.

• Coordinate with compliance and operations to ensure licensing, documentation, and verification of healthcare partners.

• Educate pharmacies on digital prescription workflows, generic exports, and cross-border pharmacy opportunities.


3. B2B Outreach & Partnership Expansion

• Approach brands, service providers, and agencies for co-branded campaigns.

• Negotiate partnerships with clinics, boutique stores, or wellness providers to join Ivy & Prime’s B2B platform.

• Develop affiliate, referral, and revenue-sharing frameworks.


4. Community Building & Network Operations

• Build Ivy & Prime’s creator-business community via Telegram, Discord, or in-app chat groups.

• Organize events, meetups, challenges, referral drives, and content collaborations.

• Nurture active discussions around entrepreneurship, fashion, wellness, and AI tools.

• Collaborate with the tech team to develop community reward or gamification systems.


5. Social Commerce Growth & Campaign Strategy

• Launch viral UGC and creator campaigns to promote Ivy & Prime’s “Find Your Match” and “Everyday Noble” themes.

• Manage social media pages and influencer pipelines (micro to mid-tier).

• Collaborate with AI/marketing to design content templates, hashtags, and trends. Launch cross-vertical collaborations such as Doctor x Creator or Brand x Influencer partnerships.

• Track performance — engagement, creator conversions, user activation rate.


Performance Metrics

• Doctors and pharmacies onboarded monthly

• Creator and B2B partner sign-ups and activation rate

• Community engagement, returning users, and referrals

• Cross-vertical conversions (e.g., Doctor → Product → Creator collaboration)

• Teleconsults, pharmacy orders, and content-driven leads generated


Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re seeking a multi-talented growth professional who understands both creator ecosystems and healthcare partnerships. You should be able to balance business development with creative storytelling and data-backed growth experiments.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in partnerships, healthcare business development, or creator growth.

• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, telehealth platforms, and pharmacy operations.

• Experience managing campaigns that combine community and commerce.

• Comfortable using Notion, Canva, CRM tools, and AI productivity platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both digital and in-person collaboration.
