Role Description Work directly with the founder to bring structure, clarity, and momentum across Ivy & Primeโ€™s divisions. Key Responsibilities: ยท Multi-Division Operations : Build processes and oversee execution across e-commerce, teleconsults, creator campaigns, and community activations. ยท Platform Scalability : Streamline onboarding systems for experts, vendors, creators, and community members. ยท Systems & Tools : Create dashboards, SOPs, and automations to simplify complex operations. ยท Growth & Strategy Support : Help prioritize and operationalize GTM plans across each vertical. ยท Cross-functional Execution : Coordinate design, content, marketing, and tech workflows to align with growth priorities. ยท Founder Enablement : Act as a strategic thought partner and executor on high-impact founder initiatives. Requirements : ยท 1โ€“5 years in startup operations, business building, or cross-functional project management, preferably with a fitness or wellness brand ยท International experience, including working with brands in China, Korea or USA. ยท Strong knowledge of current trends and customer behavior, including emerging ones in local and international markets. ยท Thrive in fast, ambiguous environments and are exceptionally organized ยท Are comfortable with platforms like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Shopify, or Stripe ยท Think in systems but move with urgency ยท Preferred: Experience in fashion, wellness, or creator economies Perks: Early founding team equity opportunity Full exposure to brand building from 0 to scale Work with global buyers, influencers, and creative talent Flexible, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial culture Range : 10 - 40 K To Apply : Submit your resume + short intro on why youโ€™d be a perfect fit for Ivy & Prime.

Role Description: Platform expansion, user acquisition, ecosystem partnerships Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage new health services like teleconsults, symptom checkers, or chronic care programs Build B2B partnerships with doctors / clinics, health tech companies, IoT providers, diagnostic labs or wellness centers Identify monetization models (subscription, insurance integration, ad-based etc.) & build scalable GTM strategies and partnership funnels to accelerate growth Develop B2B2C and B2B opportunities with corporates, fitness platforms, and insurance firms Represent the company in health-tech conferences and network events Candidate Requirements : Experience working with doctors, hospital groups, or health aggregators Prior experience with AI-driven health tools, IoT tech, or EMR systems Network in Indian health ecosystem (corporate wellness, insurers, or hospitals) 2-4 years in business development or sales in health-tech, SaaS, pharma, or diagnostics Strong understanding of digital health, telemedicine, or wellness trends in India Bonus points for: Demonstrated ability to close high-value B2B deals and manage partner relationships Data-driven mindset with strong communication and presentation skills Comfort with fast-paced, startup environments Perks : Early founding team equity opportunity Full exposure to brand building from 0 to scale Work with global buyers, influencers, and creative talent Flexible, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial culture Range : 10 - 40 K To Apply : Submit your resume + short intro on why youโ€™d be a perfect fit
