We have four fast-growing verticals: 🌐 The Network – a curated circle of entrepreneurs, experts, and global thinkers 🛍️ E-Commerce – a premium marketplace for breakthrough wellness, fashion & lifestyle brands 🎥 Creators – a platform for creators to launch, collaborate, and monetize 🩺 Teleconsults – expert-led growth and wellness consultations, powered by top professionals We're creating a premium ecosystem where ambition meets access — and now we’re looking for a Business & Operations Partner to help scale this vision. Role Description Work directly with the founder to bring structure, clarity, and momentum across Ivy & Prime’s divisions. Key Responsibilities: · Multi-Division Operations : Build processes and oversee execution across e-commerce, teleconsults, creator campaigns, and community activations. · Platform Scalability : Streamline onboarding systems for experts, vendors, creators, and community members. · Systems & Tools : Create dashboards, SOPs, and automations to simplify complex operations. · Growth & Strategy Support : Help prioritize and operationalize GTM plans across each vertical. · Cross-functional Execution : Coordinate design, content, marketing, and tech workflows to align with growth priorities. · Founder Enablement : Act as a strategic thought partner and executor on high-impact founder initiatives. Requirements : · 1–5 years in startup operations, business building, or cross-functional project management, preferably with a fitness or wellness brand · International experience, including working with brands in China, Korea or USA. · Strong knowledge of current trends and customer behavior, including emerging ones in local and international markets. · Thrive in fast, ambiguous environments and are exceptionally organized · Are comfortable with platforms like Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Shopify, or Stripe · Think in systems but move with urgency · Preferred: Experience in fashion, wellness, or creator economies Perks: Early founding team equity opportunity Full exposure to brand building from 0 to scale Work with global buyers, influencers, and creative talent Flexible, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial culture Range : 10 - 40 K To Apply : Submit your resume + short intro on why you’d be a perfect fit for Ivy & Prime.
