As a Growth & Partnerships Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, forging partnerships, & strategic alliances, and supporting customer acquisition strategies to drive Eleqt's expansion. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, partnerships, growth strategy, and client relations, making it ideal for someone eager to learn the art of scaling a startup in the mobility, luxury, and sustainability space.
▪ Identify and research potential partners, clients, and strategic collaborators.
▪ Assist in creating and executing growth strategies to expand market presence.
▪ Support B2B and B2C partnership outreach, including corporates, hotels, and event organizers.
▪ Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and partnership presentations.
▪ Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
▪ Help manage and nurture relationships with partners and stakeholders.
▪ Support in planning brand activations, pilot programs, and joint initiatives.
▪ Track and report on growth KPIs, lead pipeline, and partnership outcomes.
▪ Students/recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
▪ Strong interest in mobility, sustainability, or startup ecosystems.
▪ Prior internship/project experience in sales, partnerships, or business development is a plus.
▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
▪ Strong research and analytical ability.
▪ Confidence in networking, cold outreach, and relationship building.
▪ Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Slides, Docs).
▪ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
