Mobile App Developer Intern (Cross-Platform)

Role Overview:

As a Cross-Platform App Developer Intern, you will play a key role in building and refining Eleqt’s Android and iOS applications. Working closely with the tech and product teams, you’ll contribute to delivering a seamless, high-performance mobile experience for our premium users. This role is ideal for someone passionate about app development, eager to apply their skills in a real-world startup environment, and motivated to build solutions at the intersection of mobility, design, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS).

▪ Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement smooth, intuitive interfaces.

▪ Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and booking systems into the app.

▪ Optimize apps for performance, security, and responsiveness.

▪ Debug, troubleshoot, and fix application issues in real-time.

▪ Support deployment on Google Play Store Or Apple App Store.

▪ Work closely with the founders and tech team to align app features with business goals.

Preferred Background:

▪ Students/graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields with an interest in mobile development.

▪ Strong interest in app development, mobility platforms, and startups.

▪ Prior internship, project, or portfolio showcasing mobile apps is a plus.

Skills & Experience:

▪ Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or similar cross-platform frameworks.

▪ Good understanding of Dart/JavaScript and mobile design principles.

▪ Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, and cloud-based integrations.

▪ Experience with mobile app deployment (Play Store/App Store).

▪ Knowledge of state management, push notifications, and in-app payments.

▪ Problem-solving skills with eagerness to learn fast and iterate quickly.
