Senior Vice President – Fundraising & Investor Relations

Role Overview:

As a Senior Vice-President, you will lead the Fundraising process, build and maintain Investor relations with confidence, and align capital raising with our long-term growth strategy. You will be the driving force behind our capital acquisition efforts, investor communications, and strategic positioning in the competitive Mobility landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Identify, approach, and engage with angel investors, early-stage investors, VCs, and strategic funding partners.

▪ Craft and deliver compelling investor pitches, presentations, reports, and business cases.

▪ Develop, lead, and execute fundraising and acquisition strategies.

▪ Understand and present financial models, market potential, and growth roadmaps with clarity and confidence.

▪ Negotiate investment terms and manage investor relationships, and oversee post-funding communications.

▪ Collaborate with the founding team to refine business strategy and revenue models as per the market standards.

▪ Represent the company at high-profile events, pitch competitions, and networking forums.

Preferred Background:

▪ CA/MBA/Investment Banking background or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related fields.

▪ Strong understanding of Investment terminology, Valuation methods, and Deal structuring.

▪ Prior Experience in Fundraising, Investor relations, or Financial consulting (preferred in Startup/Tech).

▪ Exceptional Presentation, Networking, and Negotiation skills.

▪ Strategic mindset with the ability to think Long-term and execute in a startup environment.

Skills & Experience:

▪ Strong financial acumen & strategic planning ability.

▪ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

▪ Deep understanding of startup investment ecosystems.

Compensation:

▪ Equity-based role only (no fixed salary initially).

▪ Equity range: Based on mutual agreement and value addition.
