Position Overview:

As a Growth and Partnerships Intern, you will wear multiple hats across marketing, sales, and business development to drive IIDE’s regional growth.

You’ll gain hands-on entrepreneurial experience by running and growing IIDE’s business in your local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate college seminars and workshops to promote IIDE programs.
• Build relationships and tie-ups with colleges for events and offline branding activities.
• Shoot experience videos and content featuring learners from your city to support marketing efforts.
• Reach out to prospects generated by marketing efforts via calls to provide information and answer queries.
• Conduct confirmation calls for registered event participants to maximize attendance.
• Occasionally, meet prospects in person for detailed discussions or counseling sessions when requested.
• Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics of monthly offline masterclasses hosted in your city.
• Run and optimize referral programs to boost lead generation locally within your city.
• Build relationships and onboard career counselors, professors, and other key stakeholders on an affiliate/referral model.
• Analyze competitors’ presence in the local and online markets, and perform local keyword research to create content for IIDE.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of relevant contacts (counselors, educators, agencies, etc.) in your region.

Ideal Candidate:

• Recently completed or completing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• A strong communicator who’s comfortable reaching out to people on calls and in person.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks while keeping things running smoothly.
• Motivated to learn, take initiative, and think like an entrepreneur.
• A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
