As a Growth & Partnerships Intern at Atlys, you will have the opportunity to be part of a mission to enable every person on earth to travel freely. Your main responsibilities will include: - Going for on-ground meetings and field visits with partners, vendors, and collaborators across Delhi. - Researching new business opportunities and potential partnerships. - Creating and refining pitch decks, proposals, and outreach materials. - Being part of real-time discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups. - Supporting business development planning and coordination from the office. - Learning how growth strategies are developed, tested, and executed. To excel in this role, you should be: - A final-year student or recent graduate looking for immersive startup experience. - A self-starter who is proactive, curious, and excited to meet new people. - A strong communicator, both written and verbal. - Based in Delhi or willing to work from our Delhi office daily. - Comfortable with field visits, fast-paced work, and stepping out of your comfort zone. - Interested in business growth, partnerships, and how companies scale.
