Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Growth and Partnerships Intern to join our Growth Team.

As a Growth and Partnerships Intern, you will wear multiple hats across marketing, sales, and business development to drive IIDE’s regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct college seminars, workshops, and build tie-ups for offline promotions
• Call and counsel leads, confirm event participation, and meet prospects when required
• Plan and manage logistics for monthly offline masterclasses in your city
• Shoot learner videos, gather testimonials, and contribute to local marketing content
• Perform a thorough analysis of competitor’s presence in the local and online markets
• Build referral networks with counsellors/professors and maintain a regional contact database

Requirements:

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Available to conduct offline and online activities in your city
• Access to a personal laptop
