Role Overview: At Atlys, we are seeking a sharp, driven, and curious Growth & Partnerships Intern to join us for a 2-month, full-time internship. As a part of our team, you will play a hands-on role in building partnerships, closing deals, and executing strategies in a fast-paced startup environment. This position will provide you with real exposure to the world of business development and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Go for on-ground meetings and field visits with partners, vendors, and collaborators across Delhi. - Research new business opportunities and potential partnerships. - Create and refine pitch decks, proposals, and outreach materials. - Be part of real-time discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups. - Support business development planning and coordination from the office. - Learn how growth strategies are developed, tested, and executed. Qualifications Required: - Final-year student or recent graduate looking for immersive startup experience. - Self-starter who is proactive, curious, and excited to meet new people. - Strong communicator (both written and verbal). - Based in Delhi or willing to work from our Delhi office daily. - Comfortable with field visits, fast-paced work, and stepping out of your comfort zone. - Interested in business growth, partnerships, and how companies scale.
