Overview

We are seeking a

Growth Marketing Manager

to lead and execute scalable strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a balance of

hands-on performance marketing execution, data-driven decision-making, and growth strategy leadership

.You will own the end-to-end growth engine — from paid campaigns and funnel design to conversion optimization and retention programs. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and systems thinking.Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Own the company’s growth roadmap, identifying new channels, tactics, and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage full-funnel marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Design experiments and growth loops to validate new approaches quickly.

Performance Marketing

  • Lead multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic).
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve efficient CPL, CAC, and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling ad creatives and messaging.

Funnel Management & Optimization

  • Map, monitor, and optimize the entire customer journey — awareness → conversion → retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives across landing pages, email sequences, and ads.
  • Implement nurturing campaigns that move leads through the funnel effectively.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion rates).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Leverage data to make evidence-based decisions and prioritize experiments.

Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align growth efforts with business goals.
  • Potentially manage and mentor junior marketers, freelancers, or external agencies.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, encouraging innovation and fast execution.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation (B2B SaaS or B2C digital product background preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and scale customer acquisition and retention funnels.
  • Strong knowledge of paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram).
  • Skilled in CRO, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Marketo.
  • Strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up sleeves and execute.
