Your Mission:

Execute growth strategies to help Hoora scale to ₹10 Cr+ monthly revenue across:

- Car Wash & Care Services

- Automotive Products (E-Store & Offline)

- Insurance Partnerships

- New Marketplace Verticals


You’ll be the execution engine behind performance marketing, local city growth campaigns, and retention strategies that turn users into loyal Hoora customers.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven growth marketer who can plan, run, and optimize campaigns across digital and on-ground channels. You should understand hyperlocal demand generation (like Zomato/Blinkit/GoMechanic) and automotive care/products marketing (3M, Turtle Wax, Wavex, Shinex).


Your goal is to acquire high-quality customers at optimal CAC, grow retention, and hit aggressive revenue numbers in partnership with the leadership team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition & Revenue Growth

• Plan and run multi-channel performance campaigns (Meta, Google, influencers, partnerships).

• Work with sales and ops to align campaigns for city-level demand generation.

• Drive cross-selling & upselling across Hoora’s services, products, and insurance.

• Retention & Engagement

• Build repeat-use and loyalty programs to increase LTV.

• Reduce drop-offs by analyzing funnels and improving user journeys.

• Hyperlocal Marketing

• Execute targeted marketing playbooks for 30+ cities.

• Leverage partnerships, local events, and influencer activations to boost visibility.

• Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor KPIs: CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, repeat purchase rates.

• Optimize campaigns weekly for better ROI.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3–6 years in growth/performance marketing (consumer, D2C, automotive, or subscription brands).

- Industry Fit: Exposure to automotive product brands (3M, Turtle Wax, Wavex, Shinex) or hyperlocal companies (Zomato, Blinkit, GoMechanic, etc.) preferred.

- Strong in digital acquisition, local demand generation, and retention.

- Data-driven, but also creative in campaign ideation.

- Hindi & English fluency.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led, no-nonsense environment.

Salary & Benefits:

₹8–15 LPA + performance incentives + ESOP opportunities for high performers.
