What you’ll be cooking up?


Driving Retention and Revenue:

  • Design and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals by improving customer retention and repeat purchases on the Licious App.
  • Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion, purchase frequency, and average spend.
  • Plan and manage promotional spends effectively to meet retention objectives.

CRM Strategy (Keeping Customers Engaged):

  • Develop targeted campaigns to boost customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Use CRM analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Conduct deep dives into retention data to identify trends, gaps, and growth levers.
  • Analyse CRM and merchandising performance to spot opportunities for optimisation.

Data-Led Decision Making:

  • Analyse CRM and merchandising performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate insights and actionable reports for leadership and business teams.
  • Stay updated on best practices in merchandising and CRM.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Category, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.

Experience & Expertise:

  • Tier‑1 education from a top undergraduate institution is a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in platform or D2C businesses.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM and designing consumer-facing promotional constructs.

Skills & Mindset:

  • Strong customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  • Understanding of how platform, technology, and business levers integrate to drive growth.
  • Expertise in Traffic, Conversion, CRM, and Retention strategies.
