We believe in shaping a compelling brandnarrative that inspires and educates. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with 5+ years of exoerince to join our team. Discovery of supply chain across Tamil, Telugu and Kannada markets (agencies and independent talent) Categorizing strategic partners based on the requirements of brands aiming to penetrate South Pop culture Subsequently, establishing relationships and commence placing work to generate revenue for these partners Consistently align with the sales team regarding the types of partners we have identified and are inclined to collaborate with Additionally, examine contract formats among various entities to facilitate this process. Both our sales team at Hotcult and the supply market should be prepared with engagement models (Brand - Hotcult - Partners) It is essential to note that what they are incapable of doing for themselves is the role we are fulfilling. Their involvement with our offering is likely to demonstrate a high intent to engage in what we propose. Their engagement is a result of reaching a ceiling, as they lack a clear way out. It is crucial to recognize that we will never match their proficiency in their domain, and they will be unable to wholly focus on our domain, reinforcing the merit of this strategy. 2 . Revenue related activities (driving sales strategy with head of revenue) A pivotal aspect is developing an operational cash flow strategy. While the finance team will provide assistance, the execution is incumbent upon you. Determining the investment quantum upon reaching revenues should assume priority in charting our growth trajectory. Creative and Distribution Operations Necessitate project management of functions and stakeholders within the Hotcult ecosystem and projects undertaken with partners. Our objective is not to lead in every aspect but to demonstrate greater competence than most in the areas we position ourselves within. The imperative requirement is agility and nimbleness, particularly in our capacity as a marketplace operator for the initial two years, endeavoring to match demand with supply. We must be remarkably agile in developing and refining our value proposition on both ends. Role KPIs Possess a deep understanding of Pop Culture to support the research and discovery of supply chain service providers across diverse formats. Identify service streams based on the information from the Planning team’s pop culture meter, addressing consumer needs. Collaboration with Sales to comprehend the service demands of the market/clients. Identification of digital entertainment categories predominantly driven through Instagram and YouTube followership that we can leverage, for instance, comedy, music, etc. Establishment of media tie-ups such as Tamada, Hashify relations, Permit Room, etc. Recognition of major events set to occur in the upcoming quarter or subsequent quarters, for instance, college festivals, and subsequent classification into educational events, ticketed events, etc. Why Join Us?
