We are looking for a next-gen Graphic Designer who combines creativity with technology. The ideal candidate leverages AI tools and automation to deliver high volumes of banners, posters, Videos, and social media creatives while collaborating with developers for API integrations and workflow automation. If you’re passionate about design, fast execution, and using AI to grow brands at scale, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-volume, on-brand creatives including banners, posters, Videos, social media ads, and template packs using AI tools like Canva APIs, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate design automation via APIs (e.g., Canva API, Adobe Express API) and improve delivery pipelines.
• Set up and manage automated design workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, custom scripts) to enable faster execution and reduce manual workload.
• Build and manage template libraries for scalable use across campaigns and client segments.
• Work closely with the marketing team to interpret briefs and create visual content optimized for social media platforms.
• Contribute to UI design and essential front-end development, collaborating with developers on implementation.
• Ensure all creatives align with brand identity, business goals, and audience expectations

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in AI-based design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
• Understanding of API-based automation and ability to collaborate with developers on integrations.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make.com, or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, branding, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
• Proven ability to manage high output without sacrificing quality or consistency.
• Growth mindset with a focus on speed, innovation, and business outcomes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in short-form video creation or motion graphics using AI tools.
• Exposure to analytics and A/B testing to improve creative performance.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms or design system documentation.
