Graphic Designer Lead

You are a Lead Graphic Designer at Pinkvilla, responsible for overseeing design efforts across digital and print platforms. You will need to demonstrate strong creative vision, leadership skills, and hands-on design expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design team to create engaging graphics for digital, print, and video platforms. - Establish and uphold brand guidelines and visual standards for all communication channels. - Conceptualize and implement creative campaigns, marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, and event branding. - Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and tech teams to deliver impactful visual solutions based on briefs. - Offer art direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers. - Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. - Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver fresh and innovative output. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio and team management background. - Proven track record in creating social media creatives, presentation designs, print layouts, OOH banners, and similar assets. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and other relevant tools. - Familiarity with Sketch, InVision, and other design collaboration platforms. - Strong grasp of typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy principles. - Demonstrated leadership in managing design teams, meeting deadlines, and enhancing project efficiency.,
