Graphic Designer Lead

Role Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer at Corporate Comrade, your role is crucial in bringing passion, precision, and originality to every project. Your strong aesthetic sense and deep technical knowledge will be utilized in leading creative direction and managing a team of designers to ensure design excellence and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client briefs and translate them into visually compelling design concepts. - Lead the design and development of various projects including Coffee Table Books, Catalogues, Brochures, Stationery, Social Media Campaigns, Invitations, Posters, and Presentations. - Oversee design projects from concept to delivery with high standards and attention to detail. - Manage and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, review work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain consistency in design standards. - Guide junior designers, offer feedback, and uphold quality control across design deliverables. - Research and source design elements, imagery, and content to enhance creative output. - Maintain brand consistency while exploring creative boundaries with a focus on minimal, modern, and luxe design sensibilities. Qualifications Required: - Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Ai), and CorelDRAW. - Experience in the luxury or jewellery sector is highly preferred. - Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills. - Understanding of print production and digital media design requirements. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented with leadership potential. - Portfolio showcasing a keen eye for design and high-end aesthetics.,
