Job Overvie w Job Title : Plant HR Location : Greater Noida Industry : Manufacturing Salary - 4.5 LPA humeraj@corporatecomrade.com Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. Statutory & Factory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Factories Act, ESIC, EPF, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and Industrial Disputes Act. Maintain all statutory registers, records, and reports as per factory and labor laws. Liaise with government bodies (Labour Department, Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspector, ESIC, EPF officials, etc.) for audits and inspections. Ensure adherence to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act in the workplace. Handle disciplinary actions, legal cases, and industrial relations matters. 2. Payroll & Employee Compensation: Oversee monthly payroll processing including attendance, overtime calculations, deductions, and tax compliance. Manage salary structuring, increments, full & final settlements, and gratuity calculations. Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, and TDS. 3. Contractor & Manpower Management: Handle contractor/vendor compliance, including agreements, attendance monitoring, and wage settlements. Ensure adherence to Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act and maintain documentation for audits. Manage labor workforce, daily wage workers, and outsourced manpower contracts. 4. Factory Administration & Employee Welfare: Supervise canteen, transport, security, housekeeping, and medical facilities for workers. Ensure safety, health, and environment (SHE) regulations are followed. Handle grievance management and employee welfare initiatives. Conduct periodic awareness programs on compliance, safety, and HR policies. 5. HR Policies & Audits: Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs related to factory operations. Conduct HR audits to assess compliance gaps and take corrective actions. Work on automation & digitalization of compliance processes for better efficiency. Key Requirements: ✅ Experience: 7-12 years in a manufacturing setup, with strong exposure to compliance & administration. ✅ Knowledge: Deep understanding of labour laws, statutory requirements, payroll, and contractor management. ✅ Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills. ✅ Software: Experience with HRMS, payroll software, and compliance management tools is a plus.
