About the Role

Growthfather Pvt Ltd, a performance-driven digital marketing agency, is looking for a Graphic Designer Lead to head our creative design team. The ideal candidate will bring both design expertise and leadership skills, with proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and delivering high-quality creatives that align with campaign strategies, client goals, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring creative excellence across all projects.
• Conceptualize and design engaging creatives for digital platforms including social media ads, web banners, email campaigns, presentations, and brand collaterals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
• Translate client briefs into impactful design concepts and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts and campaigns.
• Present design ideas to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Stay ahead of digital design trends, tools, and creative techniques, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Manage workload distribution, set priorities, and ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing creatives, branding, and campaign designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Canva.
• Solid understanding of design for performance marketing (FB Ads, Google Ads, Landing Pages, etc.).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client-facing discussions.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
