• Design and develop visual assets (digital and print banners, infographics, social media graphics, and presentations) to support strategic initiatives, campaigns, events, and both internal and external communications projects.

Ensure that brand guidelines and directives are consistently applied across all design assets. All visuals should align with brand standards and maintain uniformity across channels.

• Exhibit strong creative leadership and excellent communication skills
• Assist with digital assets for the company websites, Hubspot, Salesforce, Intranet (Unily) and social media channels that may include images (jpg.) and video (MP4) content, as well as code files (HTML)
• Development of presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint that require an advanced knowledge of slide designs, templates, slide layouts, formatting, and animation features.
• Demonstrated design skills in Adobe Creative Suites software, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
• Ability to translate verbal or written content into a visual design.
• The ability to interview an individual and develop a concise storyline and appealing presentation from the interview.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills --- able to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing content calendars and coordinating with marketing and product teams to align messaging
• Editing and publishing content on CMS platforms like SharePoint or HubSpot
• Ensuring SEO best practices are applied to web content and metadata

Education

• Bachelor of Graphic Arts or Graphic Design degree.

Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) with a mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Graphic Design Specialization for typography, image-making, and branding

Graphic and Digital Design Certificate with a focus on visual storytelling and digital media
